What is your position at St. Ambrose?

I am the academic coordinator and assistant professor in the master of physician assistant program.

What are your goals for the new program?

The primary goal is to get the right fit for the program and provide them with all the skills they need to succeed.

What do you do in your free time?

Well, I have two little guys, they are seven and nine. We watch a lot of football games and we like to do a lot of hiking. We are working on doing all of the state parks by the time they are done with high school.

What made you decide to come to St. Ambrose?

I love to teach. The plan was after the kids were grown to move and go into a position like this, but this position became available and I applied and got it.

Have you always lived in this area?

No. I have lived here for 20 years. I attended University of Iowa, where I met my husband who is from here and this is where we moved back to.
